Shipping

Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide, or choose express shipping for $19.95. Standard shipping is free when the order value is $100 or more; express remains $19.95. Your selected shipping price is included in the total before card payment.

Online checkout is configured for Australian delivery addresses. Enter a complete street address, suburb, state or territory, and four-digit postcode at checkout.

Any pickup, market handover, or special local arrangement must be agreed with La Saani separately before ordering.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Australia Post generally estimates 2–6 business days for Parcel Post and 1–3 business days for Express Post after posting.

Allow an estimated 2–7 business days for standard shipping or 1–4 business days for express shipping from order placement. Timing varies by destination and neither method guarantees a particular arrival date.

If an order is time-sensitive or intended as a gift, contact La Saani before ordering.

When your order is dispatched, La Saani emails the tracking number and private order-status link. Australia Post may also send carrier updates such as on the way, arriving today, awaiting collection, an exception, or delivered, depending on the contact details supplied and your Australia Post notification preferences.

The La Saani order page follows the latest available Australia Post milestone. Carrier updates can take a little time to appear after a label is created or a parcel is lodged.

The shipping amount displayed and selected at checkout applies to that online order. Available methods and prices may be updated for future orders.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, contact La Saani as soon as practical with your order number and clear photos of the bottle, parcel, inner packaging, and shipping label where available. Contact within 48 hours helps us investigate delivery damage but does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Keep the bottle and packaging until the issue is reviewed. Do not post broken glass unless La Saani gives you safe return instructions.
