Yes. Every fragrance shown in the current La Saani scent library can be paired with any available bottle. Bottle stock is managed separately and sold-out bottles are clearly marked.

La Saani focuses on premium perfume oils imported from Dubai and presented in glass roll-on bottles across different bottle families. Our supplier handles the import and carries the appropriate importing licences and registrations.

Complete ingredient information is not currently available to La Saani. If you need ingredient information because of an allergy, sensitivity, or other safety concern, contact us and wait for confirmation before ordering or using a perfume oil.

Yes. Online orders are held for two hours before filling begins. During that window, open the private order page from your confirmation email to cancel the entire order and start a full refund automatically. Bottle, fragrance, quantity, or address changes are requested by email. After two hours we will still try to help if preparation has not begun, but changes and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Contact us as soon as practical with your order number and clear photos of the bottle, parcel, inner packaging, and shipping label where available. Keep everything until we have reviewed the issue, and do not post broken glass unless we give safe instructions.

Fragrance preference is personal, so a scent simply not being to your taste is not eligible for a guaranteed return or refund. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described.

Handle the glass carefully. Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat, and keep it out of reach of children.

Yes. Place the order through checkout, or contact La Saani before ordering if you would like help with bottle choice, fragrance direction, or timing.

Yes. Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide, or express shipping is $19.95. Standard shipping is free when the order value is $100 or more; express remains $19.95. The selected shipping price is shown in the order total before payment.
