La Saani may collect the information you provide when you check out, message, email, enter a giveaway, apply for a role, or join a restock notification list. This may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, selected bottle, selected fragrance, fragrance preferences, job application answers, and an optional resume.

Card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment form and are not received or stored in full by La Saani's website or Medusa backend.

Information is used to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, assess job applications, manage giveaway entries, record restock interest, provide customer support, and send messages you have specifically requested.

A phone number entered at checkout is used for order and delivery updates. SMS marketing consent, if offered, is collected separately and is not inferred from checkout.

La Saani may share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the business, including Medusa for commerce, Stripe for payment, website hosting, transactional email, delivery, or social platforms.

For a shipped order, the recipient name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and relevant parcel details may be supplied to Australia Post so it can deliver the parcel and provide carrier tracking notifications. The notifications a recipient receives depend on the contact details supplied and their Australia Post preferences.

La Saani does not sell customer contact details.

The website stores a Medusa cart identifier in your browser so the cart can remain available when you revisit on the same device. If Stripe confirms a payment before the order screen finishes loading, a temporary checkout-recovery record is also stored so the same order can be completed without charging the card again.

To prevent a reload from erasing your progress, the checkout temporarily keeps the contact and delivery fields you enter in that browser tab for up to 12 hours after your latest change. This session-only draft is tied to the current cart and is removed after the order completes. Closing the tab normally clears it. It never contains card details; those remain inside Stripe's secure payment fields.

If you choose Allow analytics, La Saani uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, traffic sources, product interest, cart activity, checkout progress, and completed purchases. Analytics records browser and device information and an approximate location; La Saani does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or card details to analytics.

Analytics is off until you allow it. Choosing No thanks keeps optional analytics off and leaves only the browser storage needed for shopping, checkout, security, and remembering your privacy choice. Essential Medusa order records still work, and advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Your choice is remembered in first-party browser storage so the prompt should not appear again. It may return if that storage is cleared or blocked, or if La Saani's analytics practices change. You can deliberately reopen it at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Campaign details such as UTM source, medium, and campaign may be attached to the Medusa cart without contact information so La Saani can reconcile acquisition and orders. Browser analytics purchases are an operational signal and are checked against the commerce system before financial reporting.

Reasonable care is taken with customer, applicant, and giveaway information. Uploaded resumes are stored in private website-hosting storage and are not published as public website files. If you want to access, update, or ask for removal of information you have provided, contact La Saani by email.

At checkout, you may choose an unticked option to join the La Saani Circle for occasional emails about new bottles, fragrance stories, and private releases. It is optional, is not needed to buy, and is separate from analytics, order confirmations, delivery updates, giveaways, and restock requests. La Saani records the wording, time, source, email, and related order needed to show that choice, then adds only the consented email to its Brevo marketing list.

There is no confirmation-email step. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Withdrawing through that link stops future marketing messages and records the withdrawal; it does not stop transactional messages needed for an existing order or support request.

Giveaway entry terms state that entering agrees to La Saani email and SMS updates about new bottles, scents, and offers. The entry records the statement version, entry source, and time; SMS is recorded only when a valid phone number is supplied. Marketing messages include a way to unsubscribe.

If you use Instagram, TikTok, email, payment links, or other external services, those platforms may handle your information under their own privacy terms.
